FOUNDER/OWNER
Gloria Kelly is the Founder and CEO of Archangels of Merci Inc. Woman owned entrepreneur, she established a medical supply community based business here in San Antonio, TX. She has served in the medical industry for over 20 years, and her wisdom and dedication to giving back has awarded her with a plaque of dedicated service to the community as of May 2022.
Gloria has played a vital role in volunteering in every city that she has traveled, with the intention of helping with the needs of others. The love, compassion and willingness to give her time and heart is her guided mission from God.
Gloria is a veteran of the United States Army / Air Force understanding that freedom is paid with a price. Her career in the military service gained her leadership skills and the Army motto “No Man Left Behind” caring for our fellow man is our duty, a service that we shall never forget.
Gloria has three kids who follow in her footsteps. Her main mission is to make sure we care for our fellow brothers and sisters, and it is our duty as ambassadors for Jesus Christ.
2 Corinthians 5-20: Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

An Information Technologist Specialist for Archangels Of Merci Inc. I have served in the U.S. Airforce in roles such as information Systems Security, Information Assurance and Systems Administration. I am regarded as highly proficient in systems analysis, diagnostics, troubleshooting and conflict resolution. I’m pleased to be able to provide high-quality technical solutions and support to not only AAMI, but committed to staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and continuously improving skills., to deliver the best possible results for my clients and employer.
Rose Turner
SECRETARY
Native Texan served 40 years as a member in United Methodist Church work as youth leader. Rose has attended college at National American University upon receiving Associate of Applied Science degree. She has a passion for day-to-day healthcare wellness. She has worked in the medical field 15+ years as a Lead Clinical Certified Medical Assistance upon taking leadership in percepting others with on the job training. She has worked as a travel clinical medical assistance in Little Rock Arkansas and Texas. In her spare time she enjoys traveling an helping others with health and wellness.
Joining Archangels of Merci Inc. in November of 2021 she has extended her expertise with her secretarial skills in keeping our agenda. Volunteering and giving back to the community is our mission.
Victoria Kelly
TREASURER
Victoria Kelly a graduate of Texas Lutheran University received BA degree In Psychology and Minor in Sociology 2020. Working toward Master’s in Forensic studies at Liberty University. Victoria’s work experience is such a demanding field has led her into working with Integral Care as a Rehabilitation Specialist at Community First Village in Austin, Texas.
Victoria joined Archangels of Merci Inc. as a volunteer to help give back to the community November 2021 and transitioned into the treasurer role. As a student continuing to learn she has developed skills in receipt management. As Victoria continues to grow she has been an exceptional asset to Archangels of Merci Inc.
